Carnal Rules!
So these are the new rules/procedures for discussion regarding the conserquences of characters having sex.
1)Unless they state they use some form of contraception we asume they didn't. Therefore roll a D10 for each player, a luck roll, if they get above a
target of 5 then nothing happens conception doesn't occur and everything is good.
2)If they state contraception is used then roll for both players, a botch roll for either means the conraception fails and conception occurs.
